ikiss88 Platform Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to ikiss88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). ikiss88 is an online gaming brand operating at the domain ikiss88.cam, providing online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related entertainment services primarily to players based in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user ("Player", "you", "your"), and ikiss88. They apply to all use of the Platform, including but not limited to account creation, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus claims, and interactions with our customer support team.

By accessing or using any part of the ikiss88 Platform — whether through a web browser on desktop, a mobile device, or any other compatible interface — you confirm that you have reviewed these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to comply with them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — refers to the ikiss88 website at ikiss88.cam, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features accessible through the domain.
• "Player" / "User" — any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of its content.
• "Account" — the individual registered profile created by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total sum a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required under our compliance framework.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to or participation in the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or our internal policies.
• "Eligible Payment Method" — an approved deposit or withdrawal channel including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB.
• "Intellectual Property" — all trademarks, service marks, logos, game designs, content, software, and materials owned by or licensed to ikiss88.

3. Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on ikiss88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ikiss88 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, hold an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or receive bonuses on the Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per individual, household address, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of ikiss88 or its associated service providers.
• You must not be accessing the Platform under self-exclusion or a voluntary or compulsory exclusion order from any gambling regulator or operator.

4. Account Registration & Verification

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of your Account and forfeiture of any associated funds.

ikiss88 operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) process. As part of this process, you may be required at any time — including upon first withdrawal request — to submit any or all of the following:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of current residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested for enhanced verification.

Account access, bonus eligibility, and withdrawal processing may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. ikiss88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion and at any point during your Account lifecycle.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ikiss88 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5. Deposits & Payments

ikiss88 accepts deposits exclusively through Eligible Payment Methods as defined in Section 2. All deposits must be made in your own name using payment instruments that you legally own or are authorised to use. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The following deposit parameters apply as standard across all Eligible Payment Methods unless otherwise stated in a specific method's terms:

• Minimum Deposit: MYR 30 per transaction (or equivalent in supported cryptocurrency).
• Maximum Deposit: MYR 30,000 per transaction (or as specified per payment channel).
• Processing Time: DuitNow and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are processed instantly. FPX and bank transfer deposits typically clear within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits confirm subject to blockchain network conditions, typically within 5 to 60 minutes.
• Currency: All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit.

ikiss88 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers (including banks, e-wallet operators, and blockchain networks) may impose their own charges, for which ikiss88 accepts no responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and the completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits to the Account, or to verified payment methods registered in the Player's name.

• Minimum Withdrawal: MYR 50 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours. Platinum VIP members benefit from same-day processing guarantees subject to verification status.
• Pending Period: A maximum pending period of 24 hours applies to all withdrawal requests, during which the transaction may be cancelled by the Player within their Account settings.
• Verification Hold: First-time withdrawals, or withdrawals exceeding MYR 5,000, may be subject to an additional KYC verification hold of up to 72 hours.

Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and bonus-sourced winnings.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ikiss88 may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and other promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of the promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, device, and IP address, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements for standard deposit bonuses range from 10x to 25x the qualifying bonus amount, as specified per individual offer.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward bonus wagering requirements. Games that are excluded from wagering contribution will be clearly identified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• ikiss88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by a Player who has claimed the offer.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• VIP cashback and loyalty rewards are calculated based on verified wagering activity during the applicable period and are credited at ikiss88's sole discretion.

8. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ikiss88 Platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, in real time under controlled studio conditions. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

Players agree to participate in all games in good faith and in compliance with applicable game rules. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, ikiss88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant wager to the Player's Account. In cases where a technical error results in an obviously erroneous payout, ikiss88 reserves the right to recover the erroneous payment from the Player's Account.

Any decisions made by ikiss88's management regarding disputed game outcomes, technical errors, or system faults are final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 16.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ikiss88 Platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the forfeiture of all Account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

10. Responsible Gambling

ikiss88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Players aged 21 and above.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods to help manage their gambling expenditure.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and automatic logout functionality.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Permanent exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable. During any exclusion period, all promotional communications will be suppressed.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ikiss88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, website design, user interface, game graphics, sound effects, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ikiss88 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from ikiss88.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ikiss88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.

ikiss88's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of your Account balance at the time the relevant claim arose, up to a maximum of MYR 10,000, except in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct by ikiss88.

ikiss88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We recommend that all Players maintain up-to-date security software on their devices.

13. Privacy & Data Processing

Your privacy matters to us. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by ikiss88 is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By creating an Account on ikiss88, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service delivery. You may exercise your data subject rights at any time by contacting our support team.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ikiss88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, notify registered Players via their registered email address or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 16.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ikiss88 is incorporated or licensed.

In the event of a dispute between you and ikiss88 regarding any matter covered by these Terms, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ikiss88 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body. All decisions issued by such a body in respect of a formal dispute are final and binding on both parties.
